In Store Purchase & Transfers
You must be 21 or older to purchase or recieve a firearm for transfer. All firearm purchases in the state of Florida require a 3 day wait, unless you have a current CCW permit or you qualify for an exemption. All purchases require a background check through the Floirda Department of Law Enforcement. A state issued photo ID with correct physical address is required for pickup. If you are from out of state, you may purchase in store and we will ship your purchase to your local dealer for transfer. Shipping charges will vary by item.
We will accept a shipped in firearm for transfer from FFL holders only (no shipments from non-licensed parties) for a total of $35 (includes background check) for the first piece. Additional firearms on the same transfer will be discounted. Please stop in or call us with the shipping dealer's contact information and we will supply them with a copy of our FFL.
Outgoing shipments to other dealers of firearms not purchesed from us will be $50 transfer fee plus shipping charges. We are happy to supply packaging for handguns but if you wish to ship a long gun you must supply your own secure packaging. When bringing in items to be shipped out please make sure you have a valid ID for our records and the receiving dealers and pick up parties information to expediate the process.
Layaways
90 day layaway is available for instore or Gunbroker fixed price listings unless stated otherwise in ad. Layaways require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Private Party Transfers
We offer private party transfers for $35 (includes background check). Both parties must be present. We will run the serial #, process the paperwork, and run a background check on the recieving person. All State and Fedaral laws are applicalbe for the transfer.
Attention California Residents
As of July 1, 2008 California instituted the California Firearms Licensee Check (CFLC) Program. Before shipping a firearm to California, must have your local FFL dealer contact us with their information so we may apply for a Firearms Shipment Approval letter. You may check the link below to see if the firearm you are purchasing is legal in California. Please also check with your dealer to make sure that firearm meets the requirement of state and local laws.
